Weight loss seems elusive to you…
Like some people can just wish the pounds to disappear and poof! They are down.
You keep hoping that this next diet will be the “one”…
The one that literally tips the scales and you can go merrily along living in your dream body…
But it never happens for you.
It never happens because you are choosing a diet…aka a rigid, restrictive way that you TRULY do NOT want to do in the first place. Think about that…no one gets excited about “going on a diet”…yes! Sign me up for food I don’t want to eat…or a meal schedule I don’t want to stick too…or a calorie frame I don’t want to do!!” No one says that! You pick a diet because you THINK it’ll work. Period. And when it doesn’t you think “well I must have the wrong diet” NOOOOOO!!!
And yet you keep trying diets.
- Asking your friends what they are doing…
- Searching and searching on the internet for the answer…
- Maybe you download an app that you think will give you accountability…
- Joining a gym where you have really no idea which machine or free weights you need to use so you just stick to the cardio machines….
- OR a gym that gives you such a beat down that you can’t move for the next week and you secretly dread going back but “no pain. No gain” bull malarkey that you keep telling yourself!
If you have tried all these things and you STILL aren’t seeing any weight changes OR you are miserable in what you are doing….you need to go back to the beginning of this journey.
That beginning happens between your ears.

The diet and fitness industry has taught you a certain way to lose weight AND it can be effective IF ( and that’s a BIG “IF”) and only if you have the right mindset in place…and quite honestly after all the 100’s of women I have helped over the years…that right mindset isn’t even on their radar.
I know when I first started Shape It Up, back in 2006 I did NOT know that mindset piece. I for sure knew to workout hard and with a ton of effort and log your food or find a diet…again those actions DO work BUT they do NOT work long-term.
I can guess that you probably feel fantastic when you’ve achieved that weight loss goal that you hit when you were following some diet and/or workout program but you felt like utter CRAP when you gained it back because you “fell off the wagon”!
I know you WANT to STOP this cycle.
