Sweet Mashed Potato

I could eat sweet mashed potato at every meal!! This easy, no fuss side dish I have used as dessert too!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Sweet Potatoes
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 5 g Butter

Directions

Turn on oven to 350 F. Clean off potatoes. Use a baking pan, spray with cooking oil. Place potatoes on pan and bake for about 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove skin. Scoop out your portion. Top with butter and cinnamon and stir.

Serving size is about 125 g
