Say It Every Day
So, if you’re trying to lose weight, what things do you get to do once you lose that weight?
- Do you get to go shopping and pick out a nice new pair of pants?
- Do you get to go rock climbing or skiing?
- Or do different activities that you’re not used to doing?
- Do you get to play with your kids and not feel out of breath running around and playing with them?
- Do you have more energy?
- Do you have more relations with your husband or spouse?
