Pina Colada Smoothie 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk
  • 50 g medium frozen banana
  • 1 oz of frozen low-fat coconut milk (use canned coconut milk, pour into ice cube trays in advance to freeze)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (20-25 grams of protein)
