- 1 small Roma Tomato, raw
- 1/8 cup Mozzarella
- 1 Naan Flatbread
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place ingredients on flatbread.
Place in oven and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
I like my flatbread soft so if you like cruncher crust cook longer.
