Jerk Chicken Wrap

Jerk Chicken Shape It Up RecipesJerk Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 100g Chicken breast
  • 100g Broccoli slaw
  • Coleslaw Dressing (see below)
  • Jerk spices to taste
  • 30g Blue Corn Chips

Coleslaw Dressing:

  • 2T  low fat mayo
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2g  sugar

Directions

Crockpot Chicken: If you are cooking a bunch of chicken you can cover chicken with jerk spices and put in crockpot. Cook for 6-8 hours on low, 4-6 hours on high (*crockpot times will vary)

Combine coleslaw dressing ingredients in a small bowl.  When chicken is done, plate chicken with slaw and chips.
