I GET why you are confused! There are soooo many things being told to you in the weight loss industry…low carb, no carb, no sugar, all veggies, all meat, you need to eat for your blood type, you need to do intermittent fasting, you need to eat 6 meals a day, you need to eat 3 meals a day and a snack,  you need pills, you need shakes, you need shots, you need surgery, you need to freeze the fat out of your body, you need this weight training program, no you need this HITT program. You have probably tried at least one if not ALL of the above…or gave serious consideration to all those options.

It’s just too much!

Confusion When You Don’t Know Where To Start To Lose Weight

Confusion is the stopper of…well…everything!

Including weight loss. If you are confused as to where to start you will never move forward or if you do you will come to a screeching halt very soon after.

WHY??? Because your brain doesn’t think this whole weight loss thing is a good idea ..at least not if you have been living in dieter’s mentality.

How do you know you are in dieter’s mentality?? If you are looking for another diet program or another meal plan. If the plan you pick is all about eliminating foods and having you feel deprived and if it is complicated.

We first need to get you out of the dieter’s mentality and into a mindset cued up for successful weight loss.

Your brain likes making patterns or habits and then just running on automatic pilot. Initially, your brain thinks a diet is a great idea UNTIL you start sacrificing and having to use will power…your brain likes easy. Likes simple. You want to work with your brain not against it. This is what I teach my clients. I teach them a simple and doable process so you get to eat your favorite foods and do activities you love to do with the people you love.

Brain Patterns

THE first place you start is with what you are currently thinking about your whole weight loss journey.

  • What do you think of your body right now?
  • What do you think about the food that you eat?
  • How about the activities you do every day, what do you think about them?
  • What do you think the people in your life are going to say about you and your weight loss journey?

There are so many things that will come up for each individual person.
