How Do You Want To End Thanksgiving Day
I want you to image it is Thanksgiving Day…
Thanksgiving dinner is done…
Dessert is over…
And you are in your home getting ready for bed…
What do you want to be thinking right now? (Let’s keep it rated PG please…)
Do you want to be thinking “Oh my gosh I ate so much food I can’t even move”…
If I was a fly on the wall, this is probably what most people are thinking at the end of Turkey Day.
Imagine how you want to end Thanksgiving day…
Now, I want you to really imagine it…if you are really stuffed how are you physically feeling?
Are your hands puffy? Rings are not coming off.
Maybe you don’t even want to look at sweatpants because you think even those will be uncomfortable.
How does your body feel to you?
Does it feel heavy?
Really sink into how this all feels…
If you need to pause this, please do so…imagine you are really experiencing this.
Take a pause
Now, if you did NOT enjoy feeling like this…I want you to imagine how you WANT to feel after Thanksgiving dinner.
How do you want to physically feel when you are home?
Are you feeling comfortable in your clothes?
Do you want to feel hungry? There’s an interesting thought to try on.
Maybe you feel proud?
Do you want to feel like you are still on track for losing weight?

You are going to make a decision right now in this moment.
Which way do you want to feel when you come home after Thanksgiving dinner?
Version #1 – Stuffed, sluggish, heavy
Version #2 – Comfortable, proud, on track for weight loss
Before you answer…notice what types of feelings come up for you in each version….version #1 stuffed, sluggish, heavy…how does that feel?
Do the same for version #2 comfortable, proud, on track….
From now until Thanksgiving I would like you to think of all the ways you can make whichever version you picked happen.
