Happy Holidays Friend,
What a great time of the year! A great time to be with family and friends.
The next few weeks are filled with many parties, delicious foods and many of tasks and errands that are on top of your “to-do” list.
And what is the first thing that gets tossed out the window…your health and fitness goals!
It is incredibly easy to tell yourself “I’ll skip my workout so I can get [fill in the blank] done”. And food….I don’t even need to tell you about the FOOD! There are so many parties and convenient fast food that it is VERY easy to add 7-10 pounds over the holiday.
But I think we have forgotten that there are only TWO holidays coming up (depending on your background). Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
It’s a HoliDAY not HoliMONTH!
