“Also, just FYI: Bloodwork Aug. 2015 vs. Aug. 2016 (tested after working out/eating better for 1 month): glucose 98 vs. 94, cholesterol 185 vs. 152, triglycerides 125 vs. 60 (wow!!) HDL 47 vs. 41, LDL 113 vs. 99 I imagine my numbers may be even better now but I was thrilled to see improvement after only one month. I attribute it to the exercise and eating better because up until August 9th, 2016…nothing else had been different since August 2015.” ~Janet
