I have a short but sweet episode today. It maybe short but it is hugely impactful!
Thanksgiving Day is coming up very quickly. Yesterday, I gave you ways to put some rules in place.
You can for sure add this to one of your rules.
If you do NOT love the food you are eating than don’t eat it.
I don’t care if you are mid-bite.
Even if MeMa is standing over you waiting for your reaction to your first bite.
Get a tissue, a napkin and paper towel and dispose of the bite.
There is no need to eat 100-200 calories of food you do not actually want to eat just to make someone else feel good.
Now, this episode is mainly directed at those foods that will add extra calories quickly. I am NOT talking about vegetable etc.….
So, if you put something on your plate that you don’t like… do not eat it.
Sounds like common sense but take note of when you want to please whoever made it and you eat it anyway.
