I am always looking for different ways to fancy up my eggs…so here’s my Canadian Western Omelet! The quick and easy Canadian Western Omelet recipe pairs nicely with oatmeal or toast.
Canadian Western Omelet
- 100 g of Egg Whites
- 3 slices (36g) of Canadian Bacon chopped
- 50 g Mushrooms chopped
- 50 g Green and red peppers chopped
- 30 g of Light Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Mix eggs, mushrooms, bacon together and cook in a sprayed pan.
- Once egg sets, flip over egg mixture.
- Add cheese.
