Bay Breeze Smoothie Shape It Up

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple frozen
  • 1 oz coconut milk, frozen
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (20-25 grams of protein)

Directions

Blend in a blender.

Serving: 1
