What I like about SIU is the intensity in the work out training, the encouragement that is given to all of the women, no matter how great or small the task, the concern you (the instructors) have for all of the women to stay healthy and you don’t focus on a diet you focus on the whole [thing], which is to exercise get plenty of rest, ways of eating so you can continue to enjoy the foods you love, strength training. For me. I have noticed these things and can’t wait to cancel my membership at the gym I currently visit. I know I won’t just visit at SIU a fitness program that can make me sweat like rain
, tone up , loose inches, get the heart rate pumping……..That’s the place I want to be. With women who are about getting down to business for a healthier you or me.
SIU is the place to be!
