My current campers were there bright and early for their assessments.

Then we got right into boot camp class -always a challenging class for those just starting

Yogalites was next…great floor class that has a blend of Pilates and Yoga.

Finished up with Zumba… Ashley’s enthusiasm is contagious!  Great high energy cardio class!!

Kudos for those who were there the whole day!!! You guys got a great day of fitness in.

After all the classes, we had delicious foods from In The Zone Delivery.  They food was soooo good!  The really do a great job on their fresh, all natural meals.  Special thank you to In The Zone Delivery for donating the meals!!
